* Wedding Package is for a max. 6 persons including the Bride & Groom. There will be an extra charge for additional persons
* Prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change.
* Wedding location use is 2 hours
* Customized Wedding Packages are available upon request
* Packages are available everyday with the exception of Sundays
* Available times are 10 a.m., 12 noon & 4:00 p.m., Waterfall location is 10
a.m. & 4 p.m. only.
* Once you have decided on your wedding package, please complete our Request
Form. Allow 48 hours for
confirmation of wedding date & time
* Once you have received confirmation for your wedding date and time. Print and
complete our Wedding/Payment Information Form. A 50% deposit will be required to
guarantee wedding Package. This may be paid via credit card, certified Cheque or Bank
Transfer. Our Payment Information Form must be completed to facilitate payments.
Final Payment due seven (7) days prior to wedding date.
* Completed forms and required documents must be received by us at least two
months prior to wedding date. Forms & Document may be scanned and emailed to us,
faxed to us or sent to us via express mail.
* Completed Payment Form should be sent via email to Attention of Michelle Phillips at the following address: weddings2@hotmail.com OR sent via fax to 876-974-6555.
* Completed Wedding Information/Payment Form may also be sent via Courier (FEDEX, UPS OR DHL) or Postal Registered Mail service to:-

• CANCELLATION OF SERVICES must be in writing and received by
The Wedding Planner Plus one month prior to your wedding date and
will attract a 50% penalty. Cancellation received less than one month
prior to your wedding date may result in full loss of all payments. |

• POSTPONEMENT OF WEDDING DAY SERVICES must be made in writing and received by
The Wedding Planner Plus one month prior to your wedding
date. NO PENALTIES WILL BE APPLIED. Your payment/s will be
transferred to your new wedding date. New wedding date must be within one year
from the date of postponement.
